The Friends of the Warkworth Branch Library support the library located on Main Street in the lower level of the Warkworth Town Centre for the Arts. The group raises funds to improve the facility. Community Care Northumberland (CCN), established in 1988 is a multi-service registered charitable organization. We provide a range of support services to individuals helping them remain independent in their homes and communities. The Meals on Wheels program is a service that provides hot, delicious and nutritious meals to people who cannot cook for themselves or easily shop for groceries. Meals are $5 each and are prepared by The 100 Mile Diner in Warkworth. They are delivered on Fridays during the noon hour by volunteers to the individuals' home. Special Diets may be accommodated. The Spirit of the Hills is a grassroots organization created by and for the creative talents that abound within our community, encompassing all of Trent Hills including Warkworth. Spirit of the Hills acts as a resource for artists, a generator of talent, a link between creators and audiences and an advocate for artists and the Arts.
