Friends of the Warkworth Branch Library Δ

The Friends of the Warkworth Branch Library support the library located on Main Street in the lower level of the Warkworth Town Centre for the Arts. The group raises funds to improve the facility. For library hours, call librarian Marg Newman at 705-924-3116. Contact Fran Harsell at 705-924-1702.

Meals On Wheels Δ

Community Care Northumberland (CCN), established in 1988 is a multi-service registered charitable organization. We provide a range of support services to individuals helping them remain independent in their homes and communities. The Meals on Wheels program is a service that provides hot, delicious and nutritious meals to people who cannot cook for themselves or easily shop for groceries. Meals are $5 each and are prepared by The 100 Mile Diner in Warkworth. They are delivered on Fridays during the noon hour by volunteers to the individuals' home. Special Diets may be accommodated. Order of the Eastern Star Δ

The Spirit of the Hills is a grassroots organization created by and for the creative talents that abound within our community, encompassing all of Trent Hills including Warkworth. Spirit of the Hills acts as a resource for artists, a generator of talent, a link between creators and audiences and an advocate for artists and the Arts.

Warkworth Community Service Club Δ

The Warkworth Community Service Club meets monthly, except for July and August, on the 3rd Thursday of the month, at St. Paul's United Church, 6:30 p.m. Its mandate is to help improve the quality of life for Warkworth community and surrounding area. Call Paddy Nolan at 705-924-2942.

The Warkworth Community Foundation is a registered charitable foundation for the distribution of funds to support and encourage improvement to services and the quality of life in Warkworth and community.
